Entirely safe: Nitrofurantoin (Macrobid) gives very low blood levels but concentrates in the urine, which is why it is used against UTI but not for any other condition. The same thing also means the fetus is exposed very little. And almost all commonly used antibiotics and other drugs are safe for such advanced fetuses. Finally, your doctor would not have prescribed it if it were unsafe for you or the baby.

Seems safe : There does not seem to be any contraindications to using Macrobid in pregnancy (unless you are allergic or taking other medications...) and the benefits of treating your UTI are probably much greater than the rare or potential risk of Macrobid..
