Varies: Amount of weight lost is based upon the calories burned verses the calories taken in per day. For example, if you burn 2500 calories per day and taken in 1000 calories per day you will lose approximately 1500 calories. If you assume 3500 calories to burn each pound of fat, then you will lose about 3 pounds of fat per week.
