Possible: a run of fast beats could be PSVT. The best way to evaluate this is either with an event monitor which you can wear for up to 4 weeks in order to assess the exact rhythm during your symptoms and what seems to trigger these episodes.

External monitor: If symptoms are rather daily, a 24-48 hr Holter monitor is recommended as a start.
