Vt PVC : Echo and sometimes MRI , are these monomorphic VT, how is the Ecg during vt or pvcs , these are important to see whether MR is necessary or not, how is exercise test response ?

EKG and ECHO: Start with an EKG and an Echocardiogram. This will exclude structural heart disease and worrisome potential arrhythmia substrates. If there is any evidence for abnormality on these then a cardiac MRI would be indicated. In a structurally normal heart the frequency of your ectopics and 2 (assuming short) runs of NSVT are not worrisome or predictive of bad outcomes.
