Holter Monitor: Not sure what you mean by ectopic (general term) but the only really to know is by some sort of monitor. I recommend a Holter monitor for 24-48 hr if the symptoms are daily, but if longer, then a 30-day "event" monitor is better.

I have dysautonomia and when I get really lightheaded(I don't faint) I get junctional ectopic beats and runs, then when I lay down they go away. Could it be hypoxia from the dysautonomia since it happens when I'm lightheaded?
