How many ectopic beats for people my age is the average? my heart sometimes almost normal, other times 15-45 ectopics/day i feel like i'm losing life

We don't usually: take note of extra beats until they reach 10% or more of all beats. That would be about 8,000 extras a day. If you are bothered a lot by yours you should see a health care provider, have them defined and then take treatment to eliminate them. Your life is not being lost.
