Have a 12mm x 18mm (l) supraclavicular node. have severe pain in (l) neck, shoulder, up torso area (cause for mri). is this large & the pain culprit?

Possible: Hard to say but the lymph node should be suspected. I'm sure your MD has further work up planned including possible fine needle aspiration or open biopsy of the lymph node.
