Overlapping symptoms: It turns out that the symptoms of neck and shoulder conditions overlap at least 50%. Paragraph raising the arm over the head and placing it on top of the skull will often relieve nerve type pain and make shoulder conditions feel worse. If the MRI was negative but the shoulder has a rotator cuff tear, make the distinction between a complete tear and partial.
