Not recommended: Losing more than about 1 kg per week is not recommended. Aiming to lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week would be a more appropriate goal. In addition to carry less health risk, slower weight loss means you'll be less likely to gain the weight back soon after losing it.

Yes it's doable : 60 minutes of exercise per day for 6 days of the week. 10calories per pound of your weight per day1gram of first class proteins like white of the egg , grilled chicken, fish etc per day consistently . Maintain a true food and activity diary. Be vigilant. Need to lose fat to lose weight. High protein diet will help to preserve muscle mass and this will help to maintain the metabolic rate

Quite possible &even: faster yet most are not willing to follow through with what works: 1st: Focus on healthy food choices: Hi-saturated fats of natural, NOT processed origin, avoid all carbs (means sugar, both simple & complex) & maintain moderate protein intake. 2nd: Fast; ie. Skip meals (despite all the nonsense fear marketing that this is bad) & 3rd: Check&Record weight each AM, nude after toilet & check progress.
