Balance: Eating needs to be balanced. Consider finding other ways to consume protein such as protein powder daily in a shake, cheese, natural peanut butter, tofu. and nuts. 2-3 eggs on alternate days. Peace and good health. Exercise to help w/muscle mass (push ups and light dumb bells) but remember that the kind of person you are is more important than the size of muscles.
