Other choices: Adding muscle depends on diet and exercise. The listed fast food is not the best choice. For increasing protein in your diet you may increase the consumption of beans, lentils, legumes, low fat milk and low fat milk products, fish and lean meats; and may add soy and whey protein supplements. However, exercise is essential to add muscle mass.
