I am under weighted very thin..i go through a lot for having this figure...i tried to eat a lot but it didn't helped and tried to do muscle gaining exercise it reduced weight i also bought a mass gaining shake but nothing seems work what should i do?

Need more information. How much do you weight? How tall are you? Being skinny is not a disease. If you are otherwise healthy, you need not worry. Overeating is not healthy.
