I was recently told by a dr that i have borderline asthma but i have no symptoms. what is it and will it progress?

Many factors: I usually do not give a diagnosis of borderline asthma-either you have it or you don't. Although you stated that you had no symptoms, I do note the presence of fatigue which may be from uncontrolled asthma. Depending on many factors, it is hard to tell whether it will progress or not. Consider seeing an allergist to clear this issue up for you.
