Covid: I suggest drinking plenty of room temperature water, gargling with warm salt water, taking zinc, Vitamins D and C which may combat covid infections. You must self isolate for 14 days with no symptoms for 3 days. At this time you're not experiencing lung symptoms or asthma flare up.

COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C, D & B complex supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

See below: Drink enough water and fruit juice to keep your urine mostly colorless. Take paracetamol for fever and pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. You may take multivitamins and vitamin D3. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to hospital immediately. Wish you good health.
