A member asked:

Evening, i moved from gauteng to cape town and progressively developed ashman to the point where i was diagnosed with brittle asthma, i have recently moved back north even though i still have symptoms it is much better should i see pulmonologist?

Start with GP: Asthma is a condition you have a genetic tendency to have & that tendency remains under whatever conditions you live. Your local GP may be well equipped to set you up with a written asthma management plan that would vary with daily/weekly changes. When/if they felt you needed more advanced management they would know who in the region was available to help.
