You can still : You "can still get pregnant with only one tube " but you need to keep in mind that your fertility/fecundability is statistically reduced and if/when you do get pregnant your risk of having another ectopic pregnancy is increased. You will have to be cautious and consult a specialist in reproductive Endocrinology-Infertility as soon as you get pregnant again to "confirm viability and location".
