Post Ectopic : Your question needs more information for a correct answer; most importantly did you have the entire Fallopian tube removed or just the ectopic. That may help counsel you on the pain. Generally 2+ weeks out from surgery shouldn’t have new pains. Is the bleeding vaginal or incisional. Once an ectopic is removed the pregnancy hormones dissipate and the uterine lining sheds to then regenerate.

Hi, I underwent ectopic pregnancy surgery around 50 days ago (Aug 5th). The tube was retained since it was unruptured. After that I had a little bleeding for almost 10 days. When to expect my next period, it's almost 50 days.
