2.5 wks post ectopic pregnancy surgery. sharp pain in llq (where removal was) now i’m having sharp pains w/ bleeding. should i be concerned?

Post Ectopic : Your question needs more information for a correct answer; most importantly did you have the entire Fallopian tube removed or just the ectopic. That may help counsel you on the pain. Generally 2+ weeks out from surgery shouldn’t have new pains. Is the bleeding vaginal or incisional. Once an ectopic is removed the pregnancy hormones dissipate and the uterine lining sheds to then regenerate.
