Could: If your ectopic was ruptured, the bleeding could have obscured any endometriosis. Otherwise, it would depend on whether or not the doctor looked at the entire pelvis which I'm sure would be done if you had a history of any symptoms. Ask to find out for sure. Hope this helps.
