In january i had an ectopic pregnancy and had to remove my tube and my doctor said he didn't see my other tube so what can i do to get pregnant?

Absence of tubes: Without Fallopian tubes the only way to conceive is via IVF. In case the tube was hidden I suggest before you go the IVF route that you have an HSG which might reveal a hidden Fallopian tube.
