Mention to docs.: That should be mentioned prior to the procedures. Oftentimes, biopsies are needed and bleeding can occur. The GI doctor should be made aware that this bleeding after the biopsies could potentially be more brisk and more difficult to control than what would otherwise be predicted.

Absolutely: Any and all health issues should be disclosed to the doctor. PT/INR alone does not catch many bleeding disorders.
