Call dentist: You need a pain medication. Since there is no specific information as to the type of "allergic" reaction you had with ibuprofen, NSAID as a class should be avoided although a Rx NSAID such as celebrex can usually be tolerated.

Treat the cause: Most common cause of toothache is infection (abscess). Pain killers will only dull the pain as the infection spreads, which can be quite serious. Try cold compresses and toothache drops from the pharmacy. Will only provide temporary relief. What you need is to see a Dentist, and as quickly as possible.

The best: thing for you now is a visit to the dentist. If left alone the abscess may spread and cause serious damage, as well as keeping you in pain. No medicine can cure this. Go today.
