4 days ago, i got a head pain on the top left of my head. pain level is 3. it's all day long but not bad at all times. head is sore in that area. tylenol, ibuprofen and aspirin did not help. hurts more stretching or bending over. what is going on?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor to rule out a treatable but serious issue of temporal arteritis. Wish you good health!
