HIGH BP: You will need ambulatory BP monitoring because some young people suffer from white coat hypertension. also along with that you should be investigated and blood test like urinary metanephrines and VMA , Blood nor adrenaline levels , thyroid function tests, Full blood counts have to be done to rule out any other cause of high blood pressure. Just measuring the blood pressure next time is not enough
