I am 23 years old. my bp was 160/100 last week. i saw the doctor. he took ecg and he said everything was fine. he give the concor 2.5 mg tablet for 30 days. i put in a week. now i have 135/86 bp. my query,can i stop this medicine or how to stop it?

Blood pressure meds are to be taken until side effects or adjustments needed based on evaluation by prescribing doc. It sounds like you responded to some extent. Make sure you follow up with your prescriber for further adjustments, do not forget lifestyle changes, specifically weight loss if applicable.

Agree with Dr. P Do not stop taking the medication or adjust the dose without consulting your doctor. You need to take your high blood pressure seriously even though you may not have any symptoms. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. Reduce your intake of salt. Wish you good health!
