I just recently had a EGD procedure done ,and i was found to have the following..Gastritis; Reflux esophagitis with spasm; stage B, Gastric ulcer,Duodenum erosions...also had barium swallow.why does it feel like i have to burp always and i cant do it?

Doctor suspect ulcer but pain is constant and bad. Feels better to lean forward but pancreas enzymes are good and US looks good. Tumor on tail likely?
