Few : In this case rear means few and should cause you no problems

It means few: and it is just atypical cells, not cancer. Not to worry! But ask your gyn for his/her opinion. Good luck.

"few": Even though the atypical cell groups are few it will need followup. Talk to your physician that did your pap for a thorough explanation and schedule followup.
