35 m - went today got urinalysis did a cytology on it it came back atypical urethial cells and microscopic hematuria. should be scared? can it mean other things than cancer? no symptoms. says rbc cannot exclude low grade neoplasm. ct show anything?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided is not diagnostic of anything. It would be prudent to see a urologist. Wish you good health!

Hematuria: There must be a reason for doing a cytology test to begin with. Since it came back showing an abnormality it is imperative that you have additional evaluation to find the cause of the the blood in the urine. You should see a urologist for further evaluation which should include x-rays and cystoscopy.
