Need more info...: If you are lightheaded and have a persistent abnormally low blood pressure it is best to go to the er for evaluation. The information is insufficient to guess what is going on and you may need a thorough physical exam, blood work, ekg and perhaps a chest x ray and echocardiogram for further evaluation.
