My work is in hospital 24/7, had cough for a month, the doctor give amoxicillin 1st but no relief then with azithromycin, no relief but w/ clear xray.

Multiple causes: If your x-ray is normal but it's unlikely to be a serious infection in the lungs. However it could be asthma or other inflammation of the airways. It could also be postnasal drip or silent acid reflux.
