With out seeing it hard to tell. But suspect it means infection was more than a common cold. Was COVID and flu tested for? Or it was a virus and the antibiotic led rot overgrowth of bad buds. Discuss with dr who has looked at the x-ray and knows what is going aound in your part of the world in boys like him
