Complex question.: If you've been diagnosed w/ pulmonary HTN /PAH, you should see a specialist & KEEP ON supplemental OXYGEN- it's the only thing shown to reduce hospitalization. When severe, it can cause & be caused by valve regurgitation (mitral, then pulmonic, then tricuspid). Main symptom is breathlessness when walking or doing nonstrenuous activity. It worsens with time.
