My 2d echo report says i have mild tricudpid regurgitation and mild pulmonary hypertension pasp by tr jet 38 mmhg does that mean i have pulmonary hypertension? can it become moderate or severe in future?

The tricuspid regurgitation may be due to a defective valve. Discuss treatment options with your Cardiologist. The pulmonary hypertension is mild and the underlying cause should be managed. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness.
