I regard the pulmonary artery pressures as borderline high. Bear in mind that up to 30% of echocardiogram interpretations can be inaccurate. The gold standard for measuring pulmonary artery pressure is still by right heart catheterization. If you have concerns consult a cardiologist or pulmonologist for evaluation and advice regarding diagnosis, further studies and follow-up plans.
