Hello, i just noticed that on the veins on the inside of my left foot below the ankle have become a lot more noticeable and spider webish looking.

Very common: So common in fact that these are called "spider veins"... from pressure from standing for long periods. They are not important except cosmetically, and can easily be removed with laser.
