Shoe must fit well: Seems the shoe is causing improper pressure. Use a metal Bannock device, at most good shoe stores, to get an approximate fit. The size may surprise you. Use that as a base and try variations from that, that feels great when you put it on. Best to try late in your working day. Shoes NEVER need to be broken, in-a sure sign of a bad fit. Like the 3 bears - not too large or too small- just right!
