No it is not: spider vein are relate to varicose vein, which caused by a valve problem in the vein, not heart problem. because vein problem can cause edema in the leg, and some heart problem can cause edema sometime people can confuse the similarity with cause effect issue. spider vein could be treated by injection like sclerotherapy, or laser therapy. same time controlling the varicose vein is important.
