Possible /NOT likely: Meningiomas twice as common in women, a tumor of adulthood,rare in children, less common in men. Most are benign < 10% are pathologic. Now going on the info you provided this meningioma could have been there all along (asymptomatic) not causing you any prob until you hit your head. The trauma to head could have aggravated your already present meningioma. If HA does not improve refer to Neuro!
