Genetics, exercise: And diet. Athletic body is a result of the genetic make up of the person, exercise and diet. Having a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, lean meats, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more then one drink a day, may help.
