Good luck!: You sound like someone who values his/her health. Stay active, but be careful you don't push your body to the point of injury. Get plenty of rest between events, warm up beforehand, stay hydrated, eat healthy well-balanced meals (rather than grabbing snacks or "energy" drinks), wear appropriate attire & footwear for each activity, don't overheat or become chilled, have a friend or relative nearby.
