Enjoy it.: Start with an activity you enjoy (walking, jogging, swimming....Any other sport). Do this at least 4x/week for 30 minutes each time. Start slow and increase your intensity each week. The key is to pick activities you enjoy in order to make it a new lifestyle for you. Foods-half of your plate should be veggies, and stay away from sugary drinks. Baby steps...
