No problem at all: Remember that many parents have children not knowing their blood types. Humans lived for thousands of years without a clue of our blood types. For you and your wife there will be no issues with pregnancy. One benefit is that if your wife or children ever needed blood, you are the universal blood donor, and almost anyone would be able to accept a blood donation from you. Happy Thanksgiving!!
