Urgent: You don't need me to tell you that bloody emesis is not a good thing. She needs aggressive investigation, which may include endoscopy, mri, ct, and barium swallow. If the vomiting was first, followed by bleeding, she may have a mallory-weiss tear, a benign tear in the inner lining of the esophagus. Good luck.
