If the pregnancy from another male was from an Rh positive sperm donor and an Rh negative mother, and the Rh negative mother is again impregnated by an Rh positive male, the incompatibility can cause progressive rejection of the second pregnancy, which should be followed closely by your OB provider, or referred to a maternal-fetal medicine expert for guidance.
