My top tear duct is swollen and slightly painful to touch. there's no discharge and my eye isn't watery. could this just be a blocked tear duct?

Chalazion: These are very common. Use warm compresses to your eye 4 times a day for 15 minutes each. After a few weeks, it should completely resolve. One thing to watch out for is infection, which may cause draining of pus, or fevers and chills. If it gets this bad, you need to seek medical attention. Hang in there!!
