Eye exam: This is either a blocked year duct which would result in tearing and/or discharge with possible redness and swelling over the tear duct opening. Or this is a clogged oil gland that would result in an eyelid bump with redness and swelling lateral to the year duct. You should see your eye doctor to evaluate. Warm compresses may help until your appointment.
