i have three small, white spots in my tear duct and my eye is super itchy and watery. what could this be and how can i fix it?

Tear duct: You MUST see an Eye specialist!. I have been seeing eye doctors since age 6 (now age 72) and you will have no problem when the doctor prescribes your eye medicine and possibly eye glasses.
