I did some very quick googling and i believe i may have a blocked tear duct - right eye gets very watery and at times ill have some discharge from the corner of my eye. no pain, no swelling. just wanted to check what the next best steps are?

You have described unilateral (one sided) watery eye and discharge from your eye without pain or swelling. While this could be from a blocked tear duct, this could also be related to an infection or allergies. It would be best to be evaluated by a health provider to determine next steps.
