Rotted tooth: My recommendation for you is to see a dentist. Just because part of your tooth rotted tooth fell out of your mouth you may still have part of this rotted, infected tooth root still in your mouth waiting to cause pain, swelling and infection.

A great idea...: ... is to make an appointment with a local dentist for a thorough exam. You apparently have not been seen for quite a while if your teeth are rotting and breaking off. Just because you're not in pain does not mean that you do not need treatment. All the best...
