That can be arranged: Consult with an oral surgeon for the extraction of that tooth and discuss with him you desire for sedation. Because precautions need to be taken 24 hours in advance of sedation and a medical history must be taken to minimize your risks from sedation , you can't just go to an oral surgeon for same day sedation and extraction without a consult.

Consultation : Many offices offer consultations for free. A dentist will be able to determine if the tooth can be saved. If it’s determined that it isn’t, sedation Dentistry is an option or IV sedation for the extraction.
