Its been 4 days after my heady injury and i just had a mild nose bleed. i have no headache, should i be worried?

Head injury: Post head injury (was it a closed head trauma? Any loss of conscience? Any other associated injury? Any history of high blood pressure or previous nose bleeds?) with minimal nose bleed is not something to freighten you. To be concerned and watch for any other symptom to develop; e.g.: visual, cognitive, etc. Deficits would be recommended, though.
